Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in BCom Accounting, Strategic Management, Economics or Statistics.
• Demonstrates passion for merchandise processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Initiative, results-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Logical, methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand the principles of location planning.
• Develop strategies to optimize opportunities for store-specific occurrences (e.g., coastal stores, university towns).
• Maintain store grading with customer-centric nuances.
• Set up, forecast and maintain forecasts at all levels in the replenishment system.
• Coordinate stock distribution across locations to maximise ROI.
• Manage allocations/deployments for balanced stock in stores.
• Analyze regional customer behavior to inform volumes for promotions.
• Involve in Distribution Centre operations: set pick profiles and monitor deployment against schedules.
