Qualifications

  • Matric; Sales / Marketing Certificate, Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 3+ years FMCG sales experience.

  • Build relationships with store owners, department managers & buyers.
  • Expand assortment by store potential; activate dormant accounts.
  • Deploy POS and run micro-activations in store and events.

Trade Sales Representative

Purpose

Deliver sales, distribution, visibility and promo execution in supermarkets, forecourts, high footfall retail, cash & carries and wholesalers. Explode numeric distribution and high-frequency orders across general retail, superettes, supermarkets, market clusters.

Reports to / Travel

  • Reports to : Junior / Area Sales Manager
  • Travel : Daily in-territory

Key Outcomes / KPIs

  • Call rate compliance and strike rate
  • New account opens and repeat rate
  • Outlet penetration and weekly order frequency
  • Promotion execution and OOS reduction
  • Basket / value per outlet
  • Activation and sampling conversion
  • Customer universe activity and growth

Core Responsibilities
