Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
  • Design and execute in-store visibility, POS materials, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support product sell-in, launches, and activations.
  • Segment and analyze trade channels (modern trade, general trade, horeca) to tailor activities effectively.
  • Track performance of trade promotions and recommend optimizations.
  • Build relationships with key distributors, retailers, and horeca accounts.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of trade programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 46 years' experience in trade marketing or sales, preferably in liquor or FMCG
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan trade channels and consumer behavior
  • Excellent planning, project management, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of merchandising tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Kenya for market visits and trade engagement
