A leading beverage company is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager in Johannesburg to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that enhance market share and sales performance. The successful candidate will lead relationships with retailers and collaborate closely with internal teams. Ideal candidates have experience in the FMCG sector, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in marketing and sales roles.

This role is pivotal to the success of our brands at point of purchase and plays a key role in building strong retailer relationships. Managing the day-to-day relationship with key customers and internal relationships with the Brand Teams.
As our Trade Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the planning and subsequent flawless execution of the Commercial Calendar in core retailers. This will consist of both brand lead and retailer lead activation.
Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
Perform closely with Country Manager as well as Brand Manager to enhance processes linking corporate brand building activities as well as Product Development activities with Sales activities.
Coordinates activities associated to organization participation at tradeshows or events.
