Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Town and Regional Planning or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in town planning or urban development.
• Solid understanding of South African planning legislation (e.g., SPLUMA).
• Experience with GIS is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
