This strategic role requires designing frameworks that attract and retain talent while managing a team to execute the group’s reward strategy. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a dynamic reward environment and strong skills in project management and analytical thinking. Knowledge of remuneration structures and compliance is critical for this position.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in a dynamic reward environment.
• Strong knowledge of remuneration structures, incentive plans, and benefits.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Group’s reward strategy and implement reward frameworks.
• Advise HRBPs and line managers on pay, benefits, and recognition.
• Lead the job evaluation process and maintain remuneration consistency.
