Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing HR team reflective of the company’s values
  • Development and execution of the HR Strategy
  • Drive and execute the recruitment and selection process from the end to end including the facilitation of onboarding processes
  • Drive and execute the performance management process including the development of job profiles
  • Effective Management of HR Problems considering long-term and short-term employee requirements
  • Manage and coordinate training and development initiatives including implementation of learnerships, internships and skills programmes
  • Facilitation of employment equity committee and skills development meetings in accordance with employment equity plan
  • Providing quality HR advise and support to the business
  • Other related duties
