SAGE X3 SEI and CRYSTAL REPORTING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with customers to create report specifications and develop time/cost estimates.
• Manage multiple concurrent report requests.
• Perform quality assurance testing prior to releasing reports to production.
• Maintain Crystal Reports Server and standard report library.
• Provide end‑user training and support.
• Provide expert‑level support in the research and resolution of complex data issues.
• Generate Quest reports.
• Document business requirements, timelines, develop and execute test plans, and coordinate user testing.
• Provide complex system‑wide ad‑hoc reporting support to business clients.

Qualifications

• Sage X3 Certified.
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Finance.
• 7+ years experience in SEI & Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Quest Analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Proficiency in testing / debugging reports and SQL statements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly convey ideas at all levels.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Experience running reports standalone against Microsoft SQL Server and optionally Oracle databases.
