We are looking for a strong Solution Architect to join our Data, Information and Analytics team as client-facing, permanently employed consultants. What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

• Engage with clients to conceptualize data solutions
• Assist our sales team with Pre-Sales and POCs
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to our junior and intermediate consultants
• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Microsoft technologies
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems
• Complete technical reviews for consultants
• Assist with necessary technical training for consultants and clients
• Provide input into consultants technical growth plan
• Drive technical blogs, forums and/or workshops
• Balance team support responsibilities with billable work, depending on capacity and utilization

Who do you need to be

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Microsoft Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Data & Analytics (Advantageous)
• SQL Server 2016 or later
• SQL Database Development
• SQL Database Administration
• SQL BI Development
• BI Reporting (PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau)
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Advantageous)
• Data Management & Analytics

Microsoft Azure Certifications (Advantageous)

• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Data Factory, Microsoft Power BI

Technology Experience

• Experience in working with the following technologies: Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Data Factory, Microsoft Power BI

Experience and Competencies

• Five to ten years of IT experience
• A minimum of five years of demonstrated competency in an IT Architecture role involving the execution of multiple complex architecture initiatives
• Proven track record of development of technical and application architecture
• Strong knowledge of other Architecture frameworks (Zachman or SAFE, etc)
• Knowledge of business ecosystems: IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, SOA and APIs
• Strong knowledge of information management practices, IT Service management and practices
• Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises are employing them to drive digital business
• Good knowledge of ITIL
