Purpose of role

We’re looking for a dynamic, solutions‑driven creative specialist to join our team on a 6‑month contract, with the exciting possibility of growing into a permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in both independent and collaborative environments, and is passionate about elevating brand experiences across digital, web, and internal communication as well as in‑person event platforms.

In this role, you’ll be the team’s go‑to creative expert - shaping design direction, contributing to campaign concepts, and translating complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals. You’ll also support UX/UI design work for web and intranet projects, contribute to internal marketing initiatives, and act as the lead liaison on design‑related projects and campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of design/ creative content creation experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and publication work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • PowerPoint and presentation design expertise.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Passion for design that informs, inspires, and educates.
Bonus points for
  • Motion design/video editing skills (highly valued).
  • Experience in financial services or corporate branding.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation or infographics.
  • UX/UI or web design familiarity.
