Overview

You are applying for the position of Ticketing Coordinator for company Port Adelaide Football Club. This position is located in Alberton. Our record of success is unparalleled – 4 Champions of Australia titles, 36 SANFL Premierships, 1 AFL Premiership.

About the role

The Ticketing Coordinator will provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Ticketing Manager across all ticketing functions for AFL, AFLW and SANFL football programs, hospitality operations, and game day coordination.

This role combines ticketing operations support with hospitality sales and service responsibilities, directly contributing to club's strategic goals of maximising ticketing revenue and achieving record hospitality sales.

The Ticketing Coordinator will serve as a key operational link between ticketing, hospitality, and customer service functions while ensuring seamless delivery of all ticketing requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist the Ticketing Manager with daily ticketing operations for AFL, AFLW and SANFL matches including opposition club ticketing arrangements, sales and revenue reporting, ticketing inbox coordination, and game day operations.
  • Process and manage all premium hospitality inventory including seasonal memberships, casual bookings, inventory management, and game day ticketing support.
  • Conduct customer service and sales calls for ticketing and hospitality clients, coordinate corporate inbox enquiries, and provide solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Support ticketing strategy implementation including conversion campaigns, mobile ticketing programs, accreditation processes, and inventory management across all venues (Adelaide Oval and Alberton Oval).
  • Develop a high competency level using CRM Salesforce and Archtics to maintain database accuracy and process records for member, ticketing, and hospitality requirements.
  • Collaborate with Hospitality, Events, Marketing and Membership teams to coordinate campaigns and resolve ticketing issues.
  • Work at Port Adelaide home games across all competitions, coordinating game day hospitality and ticketing operations while supporting accreditation and access management.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets, maintain comprehensive Membership, Ticketing and Hospitality product knowledge, support stakeholder relationships, and complete additional projects as required by the Ticketing Manager.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, positively representing the Port Adelaide Football Club.
