Play a key role in driving the growth and governance of South Africa's agricultural sector.
This is an opportunity to combine analytical rigour with meaningful impact through managing third-party funding partnerships that support sustainable agri-business development.
In this role, you will support Fund Managers in the development, implementation, and reporting of Third Party Funds sourced from both government and private sector partners.
You will ensure that all fund operations comply with governance and reporting standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the financial and agricultural ecosystems.
Your work will help direct funding to farmers and agribusinesses that strengthen South Africa's agricultural economy and contribute to long-term sustainability.

Support Fund Managers in implementing and managing Third Party Fund operations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate fund data, reporting, and compliance.
Assist in the preparation of partner and fund impact reports in line with MoA requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support fund marketing and launch activities.
Manage fund disbursements, reporting processes, and data accuracy within SAP systems.
Contribute to monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with partner outcomes.
Identify and elevate compliance and risk issues, ensuring proper logging and follow-up.
Relevant three-year qualification (Finance, Business, Risk, or Investment Management).
3–5 years' experience as a Credit, Business, or Financial Analyst within financial services.
Strong financial and business acumen, with knowledge of credit and lending principles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or financial reporting tools.
Exposure to agricultural finance or development funding will be an advantage.
Accurate, compliant fund reporting and seamless coordination between stakeholders.
Positive working relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Timely, high-quality delivery of fund performance data and insights.
Effective support of fund objectives that drive measurable impact within the agri-sector.
