Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Scrub Nurse role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all theatres operations and nursing staff.
• Ensure optimal staff performance through evaluation, training, and mentorship.
• Maintain theatres readiness, equipment functionality, and infection control.
• Monitor and uphold nursing standards, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Coordinate surgical procedures, rosters, and after-hours calls.

Skills

Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
