Qualifications

• National Diploma/N6 with 240 credits required.
• P1/P2 experience in air-conditioning and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of building installations, design codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational performance of the Plant Systems.
• Determine long-term performance of Plant.
• Perform special tests on systems.
• Apply new calibration figures and standards due to a changing environment.
• OHS ACT and Environmental compliance.
• Maintain an information system.
• Coordinate contractor staff activities.
• Assist with budget control.
