Overview

The Test Analyst II is a crucial member of the quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Digital Commerce Team meet functional specifications and business requirements through comprehensive testing. You will collaborate closely with the Test Lead, Functional Analysts, and Product Owners to develop and execute test strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Translating acceptance criteria into clear, testable test cases.
• Identifying and obtaining the necessary test resources, including data, scenarios, and tools for both internal and external testing.
• Specifying the required test environment for accurate and thorough testing execution.
• Executing tests, recording results, and logging defects efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the testing process.
• Gaining a deep understanding of the application to ensure it meets business and customer expectations.
• Providing constructive feedback to the development team, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality requirements.
• Actively participating in sprint ceremonies and contributing to the documentation of lessons learned.
• Understanding and executing database script operations as required.

Qualifications

• Formal Education:

• Formal qualification (IT Diploma or Degree)
• Certifications:
  • Software Testing Training (e.g., ISEB, ISTQB)

Experience
