Location: North West (which spans from Cumbria down to Cheshire, including Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and Huddersfield. The ideal candidate would be based in the Manchester/Greater Manchester area or Merseyside, along the M62 corridor)

What you’ll be doing:
  • The primary purpose of this role is to manage existing relationships and accounts while also driving new business growth, particularly with the recent launch of a new product.
  • You’ll engage with various stakeholders, including stoma nurses and specialist nurses (predominantly in acute care, but also in community settings), community stoma care teams, company nurses, patient support groups, and charities.
  • You’ll spend about 75% of your time in the acute setting.

  • Specialist nurses (predominantly in acute care, but also in community settings)
  • Community stoma care teams
  • Company nurses (those employed by other companies)
  • Charities
Here’s what you need:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent you will ideally have a minimum of three to five years' medical sales experience and understand the purchasing landscape of the NHS.
  • You’ll understand account management and be comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders which will include both clinical contacts and non‑clinical stakeholders such as procurement.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll be a strong communicator and be able to build strong relationships with your customers.
  • Driven to succeed with a burning desire for results, you’ll have demonstrable sales success in your previous role/s.
  • You will be honest and ethical and able to deliver exactly what you say you are going to do, without doing so at the expense of others.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience of selling ostomy products and/or experience of selling into primary and secondary care.

£14k OT (open‑ended) plus year end overage
