Position: Tender Manager (Private Sector)

Location: Midrand, Gauteng

Industry: Private Sector Tenders/Procurement/Project Management

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Compensation: CTC : R per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle for private sector projects from opportunity identification to submission and post‑tender negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial and legal input.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a tender calendar and reporting system.
  • Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies for each tender.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in managing private sector tenders end‑to‑end.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations and tendering best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
