A UK sustainability company needs a skilled appointment setter for an urgent 2-3 week project to re‑engage warm leads and book quality appointments.

High performers may be fast‑tracked for permanent roles starting January.

  • (ZAR 49,+ / month On Target Earnings).
THE OPPORTUNITY

Duration: Minimum 2 weeks (potential 3rd week extension)

Start Date: Monday, Dec 1st OR Monday, Dec 8th

Location: Work from home (Cape Town‑based)

Hours: 5‑6 hours/day, 5 days/week

Rate: ZAR/hour + ZAR bonus per kept appointment

Earnings: ZAR 13, total (depending on hours and bonus performance)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Calling warm inbound leads who requested info about water conditioning products (no cold calling!)
  • Re‑engaging leads from Aug‑Nov with a friendly, consultative approach
  • Booking quality appointments for the UK‑based sales executive
  • Updating Pipedrive CRM with accurate call notes
  • Daily activity reports (simple, 5‑minute task)
Target

calls/day | 8‑12 appointments/week | 5‑8 kept appointments/week

THE REWARDS

Immediate Earnings: ZAR/hour (well above market rate for part‑time remote work) + ZAR bonus for every appointment that's kept by the homeowner.

Weekly payments via EFT (first payment after Week 1).

Example Earnings:

  • 2 weeks @ 6 hours/day + 15 kept appointments = ZAR 16, (‑£)
  • 3 weeks @ 6 hours/day + 20 kept appointments = ZAR 24, (‑£1,)
Future Opportunity

High performers will be strongly considered for permanent sales roles launching January.

Full‑time SA Sales Executive: ZAR 15, / month base + uncapped commission (OTE ZAR 49,+ / month).

WHO THRIVES IN THIS PROJECT?
  • Have proven outbound calling experience (appointment setting, telesales, lead gen, customer service)
  • Have excellent English communication skills
  • Are comfortable with high‑volume calling (calls/day is manageable for you)
  • Have CRM experience (Pipedrive strongly preferred, but any CRM counts)
  • Have reliable home internet and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Can commit to minimum 2 weeks starting Dec 1 or Dec 8
  • Are self‑motivated and disciplined for remote working
  • Desirable: Experience calling UK customers
  • Background in home improvement, energy, or B2C sectors
  • Track record of hitting appointment targets consistently
WHAT WON'T WORK
  • Need extensive training or hand‑holding
  • Have unreliable internet or noisy home environment
  • Are uncomfortable with rejection or high‑volume calling
  • Cannot commit to minimum 2 weeks or agreed shift patterns
TRAINING & SUPPORT
  • Potential for a pre‑start video training (2‑3 hours with one of the team and self‑paced)
  • Live Q&A session on Day 1
  • Daily check‑ins in Week 1 and Week 2

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
