Job summary

  • Liaise with operations for dispatch correctness.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and trends.
  • Assist Sales Director with administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong administration skills (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and close sales effectively
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Basic computer skills : familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

DUTIES :

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the companys products
  • Send regular emails to the customer database, segmented by customer type
  • Maintain the accuracy of database lists and actively grow the contact base
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions to increase sales
  • Close sales and process orders accurately using Pastel
  • Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and other digital platforms
  • Liaise with operations to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offering
  • Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations

  • Monday to Friday : 08:00 – 17:00
