We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team.

In this role, you will connect with UK-based construction workers via outbound calls to introduce and encourage sign-ups to our innovative recruitment app.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a dynamic platform that's reshaping the way workers and employers connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to UK-based construction workers to promote and encourage app sign-ups.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of the platform and support candidates through the download and registration process.
  • Consistently achieve daily targets, with a minimum of 50 successful sign-ups per day.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update candidate records in the system.
  • Work collaboratively with your team and management to achieve campaign goals.
  • Use the company-provided phone system for all outbound calls.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Own laptop and phone.
  • Reliable internet connection required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with the UK construction industry is an advantage but not essential.
