Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and sales skills with experience in telesales.
  • Knowledge or passion for premium wines is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with UK-based clients from South Africa.
  • Experience in the hospitality or luxury sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in Sussex focusing on restaurants, hotels, private clubs and wine bars.
  • Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sommeliers and decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Become an expert in Leonardlee Family Vineyards English Sparkling Wine and South African wine portfolio.
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches highlighting the quality, exclusivity and prestige of your wines.
  • Present limited-time offers, exclusive events and seasonal discounts to on-consumption clients.
  • Process orders, coordinate delivery and handle any customer inquiries.
  • Promote sparkling wine packages for corporate gifting around key seasons.
  • Meet sales targets and provide regular reports on client feedback, sales progress and market opportunities.

Location: Bellville, Cape Town

Target Market: On-consumption customers (restaurants, hotels, clubs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and target potential clients in Sussex focusing on restaurants, hotels, private clubs and wine bars. Expand to surrounding areas as the role progresses.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with buyers, sommeliers and decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Leonardlee Family Vineyards English Sparkling Wine and South African wine portfolio.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver tailored sales pitches highlighting the quality, exclusivity and prestige of your wines.
