Role Overview

Telesales Insurance Agent (Outbound – Telesales) – Sell the company's products over the phone.

Key Performance Indicators

• Exceeding a minimum phone time daily and monthly
• Exceeding a minimum call quality on each call made
• Exceeding the minimum required sales target monthly base sales
• Ensuring that all policies are captured on a daily basis by close of business
• Following the required scripts from A – Z as it has been scripted

Key Areas of Responsibility

Required to work the specified night shift (5pm - 7pm) and Saturday shifts (9am - 1pm twice a month) during the sales month.
