Boardroom Appointments is seeking a proactive sales support specialist with knowledge of the meat and food industry to join our team in Gauteng. You will engage customers by phone, capture orders, and ensure accurate pricing and contract data, while aligning with sales procedures.

You will prepare quotations, follow up diligently, and assist clients with queries, stock takes, and related duties as needed. A fully bilingual English and Afrikaans communicator with a professional demeanor will

Qualificações

• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (speak, read, write, understand).
• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Dynamic and professional attitude.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Familiar with Crown product range.
• Overtime may be required for stocktakes and duties.

Responsabilidades

• Understand product knowledge of the meat and food industry.
• Follow a daily customer calling cycle to obtain, capture, process, and follow up on orders.
• Be familiar with all sales department procedures and relevant documentation.
• Prepare and control quotations and follow up on them.
• Ensure customer data and contract pricing are kept updated.
• Assist customers with queries.
