Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant Human Sciences field within Employee Wellness.
• Annual professional registration with the relevant statutory body (HPCSA; SACSSP).
• Previous EWP experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality emotional phone counselling and consultation services.
• Ensure resolution with service level benchmarks.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of client companies' Service Level Agreements.
