Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and build a strong sales pipeline across South Africa. As a Telemarketer, you will research, source and book meetings with decision makers, making the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will use outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach, qualify opportunities and sustain a high-volume, high-quality cadence.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
