Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel: researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects. This is a full-time remote position within South Africa.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce and SalesLoft to craft personalized outreach sequences, maintain pipeline data, and contribute to pipeline growth for our clients in the SaaS/agency space.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
