Job Overview

We are hiring Energy Storage After‑Sales Technical Engineers / Technical Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving after‑sales issues, often while being online for extended periods and handling issues via mobile phone or computer.
• Travel to sites for difficult problems, performing long or short business trips as required.
• Provide energy storage system configuration solutions based on customer needs and site conditions.
• Report work progress regularly to the local technical supervisor.
• Provide technical guidance and product training to distributors.
• Participate in trade shows to assist sales and introduce products.
• Create design drawings (e.g., electrical primary diagrams, photovoltaic layout diagrams) using industrial design software such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience in energy storage systems.
• Extensive experience working at other energy storage manufacturers preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• High sense of responsibility and dedication.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Driver’s license for traveling to remote locations.
• Proficiency in industrial design software such as AutoCAD.
