Overview

One of our clients who specialise in offering end to end business solutions within technology, BBBEE and compliance, is seeking an experienced service delivery / project roll-out candidate to join the Operations department.

This is a very high performance driven environment, we are in need of candidates with a great track record of managing complex service issues and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams!

Responsibilities
  • As the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of client success—ensuring seamless delivery of solutions, building trusted relationships, and driving continuous improvement across all service touchpoints.
  • Service Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end rollouts of B-BBEE and compliance solutions, ensuring SLA adherence and quality benchmarks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to expert for client queries, escalations, and strategic service reviews.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate consultants, trainers, and support staff to deliver excellence.
  • Process & Quality Control: Implement SOPs, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with BEE codes, EE legislation, and POPIA.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track KPI's, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, client success, or project management
  • Strong understanding of B-BBEE Codes, Employment Equity, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in SaaS implementation or professional services is a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools
