• Service, maintain, and repair industrial floor cleaning machines (walk‑behind and ride‑on scrubbers, sweepers, vacuums, etc.).
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot issues on‑site and in the workshop.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and customer base.
• Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
• Train end‑users and clients on proper machine use and maintenance routines.
