Role Description

This is an on-site Technical Support Representative role located in Randburg.

The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering technical support, troubleshooting, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Fluent in Greek (Cypriot) – Non-negotiable
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience in utility services or prepaid meters is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Matric or Technical certification is beneficial

Training & Development

This role will include internal training on company systems, policies, and procedures.

You will need to pass all training to manage this role.

Shifts

This role has shift work, which includes rotations on daily and weekend hours.

Overtime

Overtime will be required, as applicable.

Salary

R 8,

• – R 10,
• per month, depending on experience (depending on length of service).
