Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of exposure or experience in a technical support environment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer technical support requests escalating complex issues to senior staff.
  • Accompany senior technicians on local site visits.
  • Learn to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Assist in processing warranty claims under guidance.

Education
