Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in City of Cape Town for the role of Technical Support Assistant.

The Technical Support Assistant will provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues, offer exceptional customer & team support on iONX and integrated equipment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include team collaboration, analyzing technical problems, communicating resolutions effectively, and documenting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Technical Support in Battery technologies
  • Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional Customer Support and Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the battery energy technology sectors is a must
  • A diploma or equivalent certification in electrical, mechanical, computer science, or a related field is preferred
