Role Description This is a contract role for a Technical Support Administrator, located on-site in Roodepoort.

The Technical Support Administrator will be responsible for providing hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring system uptime, and resolving user concerns.

Additionally, the role involves setting up and maintaining systems, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure technical issues are addressed promptly.
