Responsibilities

• Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs.
• Use knowledge of products to provide information about parts.
• Answer questions about service outcomes and book appointments.
• Provide customers with information on warranty protections.
• Manage the Repairs division workflow and schedule.
• Call customers to advise them on pick‑up times.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
