Job summary

A dynamic agricultural recruitment agency is seeking a passionate sales professional for the Middelburg area. This role involves building strong relationships with farmers, presenting tailored product solutions, and driving sales in granular fertilizers and biostimulants. Ideal candidates will have agricultural sales experience, be fluent in Afrikaans, and possess relevant qualifications. Competitive remuneration of R 25,000 to R 35,000 plus commission, vehicle, and devices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture.

  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience as a Crop Specialist is preferred.

Location: Opportunities available in Middelburg, Stoffberg, Dullstroom, Witbank, Carolina, Wakkerstroom, Mkhondo and Ermelo. Please note: Applicants must reside in one of these areas.

Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture
  • Reside in the area you are applying for: Middelburg, Stoffberg, Dullstroom, Witbank, Carolina, Wakkerstroom, Mkhondo and Ermelo.
  • BSc degree in Agriculture (Advantageous but not essential)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans
  • Valid drivers license
  • In-field agricultural experience (Crop Specialist)
  • BASOS and/or AVCASA certification (Crop Life)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to deeply understand their unique needs
  • Present tailored product solutions and provide attentive after-sales service
  • Grow, manage, and nurture a loyal client base in your area
  • Introduce innovative products that help farmers improve yields and operational efficiency

Remuneration

R 25 000 - R 35 000 basic, depending on experience + Commission, company vehicle and electronic devices
