Key Responsibilities :

  • Product application trials - trials on new products and development of products and new markets.
  • Customer training - providing customer service and technical advisory services.
  • Testing & evaluation of products as required by clients (on site).
  • Developing new products for butchers and large factories to generate new markets.
  • Providing general customer service, technical advisory services, and backup to clients in liaison with the Senior Food Technologist.
  • Offering technical advisory services to butchers, including consulting on product quality, production capacities, efficiencies, and implementing quality control/assurance systems to increase production output and shelf life.
  • Researching potential new markets, analyzing, and reporting on sales leads linked to clients.
