- MS Office and Excel experience essential

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promoting and specifying company products into housing and commercial developments, including LED automation solutions through architects and interior designers.
- This includes products such as lamps, occupancy sensors, and floodlights used in development projects.
- Promoting and specifying company products into housing and commercial developments, including LED lighting automation through electrical consultant engineers.
- Refer relevant projects to the responsible Sales Representative for follow-up with electrical consultants and developers.
- Maintain project registers for Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Northwest regions.
- Utilize specifying techniques and update the national project register accordingly.
- List prospective new developments, assign them to respective Sales Representatives, and update status of projects (won/lost/completed).
- Ensure Sales Representatives are informed when projects are specified, so they can follow up with clients like electrical contractors and wholesalers to ensure timely stock orders.
- Maintain relationships with architects and electrical engineers, providing regular training.
- Update architect and electrical engineer details on the CRM platform.
- Complete daily call reports in the CRM platform.
- Assist at product shows and stock takes as needed.
- Perform any other tasks necessary for business operations.
