In this role, Sales Representatives actively seek new business opportunities through a variety of methods, including networking, lead generation, and cold calling. They engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. This requires a thorough knowledge of the company’s product or service offerings, as well as the ability to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions.

Sales Representatives are also responsible for negotiating terms of sales agreements, addressing customer concerns, and providing post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. They work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
