This isn't a position that can be learned overnight; it's a role you've been building your career for.
You will lead the growth of Kärcher's Specialised Business team, building strong relationships with C-level and other top executives at major companies.
Your goal is to plan and close major deals (around R4 million and up) for our top-of-the-line car and truck wash systems.
You will be the main expert and deal-maker for large sales projects, showing industry leaders how our Kärcher solutions provide amazing results and great value for their money.
5-8+ years of proven sales experience with big-ticket equipment or in business development.
Experience in the automotive, logistics, fleet, or mining industries is a big plus.
Matric is a must.
A Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Management, or Sales is highly valued.
A good technical understanding of mechanical or engineering principles is a strong advantage.
Excellent project management skills to oversee the sales cycle from initial concept to final installation.
A strong history of successfully negotiating and closing large deals with C-level executives at corporate companies.
Excellent skills in finance and presenting, with the ability to clearly explain the value and benefits of a deal.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
Meet and beat the yearly sales and profit goals for the Specialised Business team.
Create and carry out a business plan for the team, giving management clear sales forecasts and regular updates.
Find and win new business with large companies, making Kärcher the number one choice for specialised vehicle cleaning systems.
Manage the full sales process : from finding new clients and designing solutions to closing the deal and handing over the project.
