The Role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. This highly independent, client-facing role places you on the front line of our growth identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals while providing clients with security solutions that truly meet their needs. Youll be responsible for driving new business, nurturing long-term partnerships, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct on-site surveys to assess and understand client requirements
  • Prepare and present tailored, professional quotes and proposals
  • Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and close sales
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project delivery excellence
Requirements
  • Proven experience in security solutions sales (advantageous)
  • Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV, and related systems
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results
  • Relevant technical or sales qualification (advantageous)
