You will provide on-site technical support, train installers, and promote a range of products. Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for technical problem-solving? We’re seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to work remotely while covering the Rustenburg, Pretoria, and Hartbeespoort regions.

This role is all about strengthening installer partnerships, delivering on-site technical support, and promoting our full product and service offering. You’ll be the go-to expert in the field, ensuring smooth installations, empowering installers with training, and providing valuable insights to help grow the region.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Support and empower installers to adopt and promote the product range.
  • Conduct site visits for installations, troubleshooting, and advanced technical guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions and drive installer enablement.
  • Log all interactions, activities, and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical / Electronic Engineering is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation or electronic security).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-driven with effective territory management skills.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
