Do you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and customer engagement? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our team, working remotely while covering the Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, and Krugersdorp regions.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and growing the installer network by providing advanced technical guidance, delivering product training, and promoting the full product and service range. Acting as a trusted partner in the field, you’ll help ensure successful installations, resolve technical challenges, and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen installer relationships through support, training, and product promotion.
  • Conduct site visits for technical support, diagnostics, and escalations.
  • Deliver installer training sessions and enablement programs.
  • Capture all interactions and insights in CRM systems to support reporting and strategy.
  • Share valuable market trends and competitor intelligence with the wider team.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
  • Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is an advantage.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (preferably in access automation/electronic security).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with effective territory management.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
