We’re on the hunt for a Technical Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This remote role will cover the Polokwane and Mokopane regions, where you’ll provide technical expertise, strengthen installer relationships, and drive product adoption. As the key link between the local market and our national technical and sales teams, you’ll support installers with hands-on training, on-site guidance, and advanced technical support – all while promoting our full product and service offering.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build strong partnerships with installers by promoting products and encouraging upselling.
  • Conduct site visits to assist with installations, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions and enablement programs.
  • Record all activities, feedback, and insights in CRM systems for reporting.
  • Provide market intelligence on trends and competitor activity.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (access automation/electronic security preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident managing a regional territory.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
