Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in South Africa is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to work remotely in the Ladysmith, Newcastle, and Pietermaritzburg regions. The role involves providing technical support, promoting the product range, and strengthening installer relationships. Ideal candidates will have three years of experience in technical sales and excellent troubleshooting skills. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with customer engagement? We’re looking for a Technical Sales Consultant to work remotely while covering the Ladysmith, Newcastle, and Pietermaritzburg regions.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support and training to installers, promote our full product range, and act as the bridge between the field and our national technical and sales teams. Your contribution will directly strengthen installer relationships, improve product adoption, and drive sales growth.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or field support, ideally in access automation or electronic security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with good territory management.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
