About the Role:

To strengthen our presence across the Eastrand region by providing technical sales support to the installer network, promoting product adoption, and acting as a key link between local market needs and the company’s technical and sales teams. You will drive measurable growth in installer engagement and product adoption while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with installers to promote products, encourage upselling, and expand the network.
  • Conduct site visits to support installations, provide technical troubleshooting, and resolve escalations.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions and awareness campaigns.
  • Record all interactions, feedback, and activities in CRM systems.
  • Share market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
What You’ll Need:
  • Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous.
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with effective territory management ability.
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
