Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Technical Sales and Engineering Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical sales representatives to drive revenue growth and develop strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, along with proven experience in sales and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and technical sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support to customers
• Provide guidance and training to the sales team on technical products and solutions
