As demand continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter based in South Africa to help us identify, screen, and engage the best talent on the ground.

You'll be the main person responsible for sourcing top technical profiles from South Africa.

You'll own the first part of the recruitment process: sourcing the candidates and acting as the main contact point for them during the recruitment process.

You're the only recruiter in the business.

You'll work directly with the owners of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Actively source and recruit millwrights, electricians, and technicians across South Africa
  • Use platforms like PNET, LinkedIn, and other local recruitment tools to find the right candidates
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, attitude, and relocation readiness
  • Take full ownership of your recruitment projects and deliver candidates that match client expectations
Who You Are
  • Experienced: 5+ years recruiting for technical roles in South Africa (millwrights, electricians, maintenance supervisors,...)
  • Language skills: You speak both Afrikaans and English fluently
  • Market-savvy: You know where to find the right people and how to engage them
  • Organized: You need to be able to work in a structured way and work with many applicants simultaneously
  • Independent: You take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results
  • Critical thinker: You always look for better ways to do things and dare to rethink processes.
  • Digitally skilled: Comfortable with PNET, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other SA-specific sourcing platforms
