  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work during US EST hours (5 PM – 1 AM SAST).
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in South Africa to support end-to-end recruitment for international clients, primarily in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical and non-technical hiring, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Work Schedule: American (EST)


Work Arrangement: Remote


Key Responsibilities
