Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a technical or service-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central liaison and coordinator between clients, technicians, suppliers, and management.
  • Manage high-volume communications in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prepare, track, and follow up on quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and client documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate technician appointments, installations, and maintenance visits.
