A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Operations Administrator in Milnerton, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of service administration experience, strong proficiency in EWorks, and a diploma in a relevant field. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to technical teams, managing job flow, and ensuring high standards of communication and quality assurance.

We’re looking for someone who has solid experience supporting technical field staff and managing end-to-end service administration. If you haven’t worked on EWorks, this won’t be a fit — the system is a core part of the job.
Providing full administrative support to technical field teams
Managing job flow through EWorks (logging, tracking, updating, closing)
Coordinating call logging, job cards, follow-ups and completion
Ensuring internal clients are supported in line with the SLA
Maintaining internal quality assurance standards
Handling quotes, purchase orders and documentation
Keeping communication tight between teams, contractors and internal departments
3–5 years proven Service Administration experience
EWorks experience
Matric
Valid driver’s licence
Diploma or equivalent qualification in:
Business Administration,
Operations Management, or
Call Centre Management
Strong administrative and coordination ability
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
